WINEMAKING

Rosé de saignée technic (obtained color by the grape maseration). Sustainable viticulture. Traditional hand picking in several passes.
Use of sorting tables, total destemming, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, malolactic fermentation, traditional corks , aged on lees from 3 to 4 years.

APPEARANCE

Pinkish colour, intense, amber highlights. Intense pink color with amber highlights.

Nose

Fruity and expressif.

PALATE

Powerful, full, intense flower, stewed fruit and red fruit aromas, spicy.

FOOD PAIRING

White meats, game, sweet and sour food.

Between 8° and 10°
