Sustainable viticulture from on plot of 60 years old vines (parcellaire). Traditional hand picking in several passes.
Use of sorting tables, Total destemming, Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, Malolactic fermentation, Traditional corks , Aged on lees during 5 years.

Gold robe, fine bubbles.

NOSE

Fresh, mineral, yellow lemon aromas.

PALATE

Nice minerality, freshness, notes of cashew, citrus and zest, long persistence.
