The soil of Boursault is famous for its "Pinot Noir" and its "Pinot Meunier".

The vintage of the Manor is an assembly 50% pinot noir, 50% pinot meunier, which produces a fruty flavoured "Blanc de Noirs". Has a mention in the Gilbert et Gaillard.

The vintage "Brut Rosé" is elaborated in the tradition of the "Rosé de saignée" and has two stars in the GUIDE HACHETTE 2004
