Use of sorting tables, Total destemming, Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, Malolactic fermentation, Traditional corks , Aged on lees during 9 years.

Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs 4grs/L

APPEARANCE

Deep gold robe, extra fine bubbles

NOSE

Complexity, smoky, leather and wood aromas.

PALATE

Deep and powerful, malt and roasted apples notes, persistant length
